Hunger Games: Session 12
[ You find yourself in your respective unit's zone, with a mini-map on your phone, as well as your objectives:

Kill as many competitors as you can.
Destroy zones by breaking their statues.
Not enough action = We start killing you :)
Underneath the objectives is the number of revivals you have left, as well as whatever miscellaneous details about scoring points—killing a unitmate results in negative points, five units will be healed at most, etc.
The starting horn sounds. Let the games begin. ]

Re: CLINIC
It can be a bit of a learning curve....but I'm not fighting anyone.
Maybe I shouldn't have changed Nemesis...but she was already changed anyway....
Re: CLINIC
Yeah, dog-like traits, right? She attacked Venti a little before BARiTONES tried to blow us all up.
Re: CLINIC
[Its helping ground him again. He doesn't quite loose the drugged out look, but it is lessening.]
Yeah. Why a cat seemed funny.
Baritones did all that?
Re: CLINIC
Venti died from it.
[But despite the situation, his voice remains calm and level, more focused on keeping the contact firm and consistent.]
But he's back now, and you're with me for the rest of the round unless something else happens.
Re: CLINIC
[Look at that, he's grounded enough to be Concerned.]
Re: CLINIC
[Ruffle ruffle ruffle.]
Re: CLINIC
[Leaning into the ruffles.]
And I'll keep you safe. Gotta keep SensitIV safe too.
Re: CLINIC
Mmm-hm, because we're allies after all.
Re: CLINIC
And I like you guys.
Re: CLINIC
[Poking his cheek for the briefest of moments before returning to regularly scheduled cuddles.]
Re: CLINIC
Can't ignore her. Its bad when I'm alone. I just think...things...
Re: CLINIC
[Pet pet pet.]
Re: CLINIC
I can listen to you.
You're better then....all the other thoughts.
Re: CLINIC
You should have some projects you're working on, right?
Re: CLINIC
And.
A flightsuit for Miya. Also don't tell her. I'm just like...its one of those things where she could absolutely love it or hate it and its terrifying because she could fly before and now she can't.
Re: CLINIC
[Idly leaning his head on Rye's shoulder. This is practically an embrace by now, but hopefully if we pile on the distractions we can escape too much moon mutterings.]
Re: CLINIC
Caeli asked for it and he likes to fight. And while I can fight, I'm a lot better at making weapons. The better the weapon, the better they can use their skills to protect themselves, probably more effective thing for me to do.
And I want to give Miya a really good date and if it goes well, it'd be really good.
Gonna try one for Hurricane too, but his leg makes it a little harder. I know it was a problem while making myself one, getting the balance right without a leg. I think Hurricane would think its cool and it'd go well with the parkour, but its a lot less higher stakes them Miya.
Re: CLINIC
[He doesn't know names actually.]
So many projects, and a date? As long as it keeps you busy, though...
Re: CLINIC
I should call her Tea.
I don't know if she wants other people calling her Miya. Its probably fine, but...
[Who knows.]
Need to be busy. Brain too busy otherwise. Also two dates. I owe Hurricane a date too.
Re: CLINIC
[Ruffle: increase.]
Make sure to give him a good time so he knows he's well-loved.
Re: CLINIC
[Leaning into ruffle.]
Re: CLINIC
[But returning to the soothing touches again.]
Re: CLINIC
Like.
I get it.
But I don't think he gets that its not actually a good thing to do. Or people just want him to be happy.
Re: CLINIC
He's used to being sacrificed for the greater good - whatever he thinks that should be.
Re: CLINIC
Even vikings got that. I only got trained as young as I did was because of numbers, but everyone knew that. It was about what was necessary, but everyone knew they didn't want it. And even then...younger was to protect the home. Not go out.
