[ You find yourself in your respective unit's zone, with a mini-map on your phone, as well as your objectives:


Kill as many competitors as you can.
Destroy zones by breaking their statues.
Not enough action = We start killing you :)

Underneath the objectives is the number of revivals you have left, as well as whatever miscellaneous details about scoring points—killing a unitmate results in negative points, five units will be healed at most, etc.

The starting horn sounds. Let the games begin. ]

[ And never mind about losing 1 HP up there, because the whip is apparently cutting damage, so his barkskin took the hit just fine. ] [ Dodging again with END 11, but really just reflexively, since he's not taking damage until you go for him with your fists. Then he Nightingale's it up. ]

[ Eyes flick to the swamp around them, and Lupine smirks a little. Rapunzel: with adp 13, let's see how you like dodging tree roots that are coming for your legs. If they connect, he's gonna turn you upside-down and see if that cools you off any. ]

but as they drag him up he's attacking again, this time aiming to Constrict--rolling Power 3.

And he's still really fucking annoyed, so the last thing he's going to do as he leaves the ground upside-down is--]

[ He's in his cabin after having stabbed himself a bunch of times to heal. But now he's trying to kill Lupine. So I guess he's warpstriking to see if there's a sword, but all he manages to do is smash into the wall of the house.

[ Okay, well, thankfully he gets a 7 with his attempt to dodge, so that's a +4 to his next attack, and also Lupine's grin twitches. ]

[He would have helped. He absolutely, entirely would. have. helped if Crow had used his mouth words like a normal human being but no, had to do it the fucko way, should he be worried this guy knows where he sleeps or glad they're on the same side? because what the fuck is he dealing with here.

[What K is apparently doing is launching himself at Yuri and aiming a savage blow across his shoulders with the sword.

He's... never actually used this one before, and he's not completely sure what to expect from it, but he got an ADP 7, so it's at least somewhat distracting for K: the swamp around them and Lupine himself go hazy and indistinct, then there's just — a very nice garden in their place for a moment.

It's the dog park from LiliS's dorm, or a hazy impression of it: somewhere Lupine's already gone several times to clear his head here. Peaceful. Quiet.

And while that distracts K enough to reduce his attack down to a 6, Lupine will also be dodging back out of the way for a cool 12 himself. ]

—I'm happy to fight you, but I'd rather it be what you want to do.

[ ...and he is, actually, kind of jazzed by the thought. —Well. That's a little screwed up, just in this particular moment. Another thing for the list. ]

I kinda feel like enough people have died here, right now.

[ . . . Gritting his teeth. There's nothing he can do to bring him back. But sitting here isn't going to help either.

. . . In order to do anything, he's going to have to try and heal a little. Gritting his teeth, he'll take his sword and- cut across his own body, gasping from the pain and swallowing when he feels his injuries heal up.

He... really misses having Sena around. And the much more comforting method of healing.

He tries to bite back the tears, but it's unsuccessful. Not that it isn't easy to cry right now. He just saw one of his best friends murdered before his eyes.
