AVANTE EN GARDE

[you find yourself in this derelict village, with not a soul to be seen—but before you is this station wagon:



for all intents and purposes, this baby is a simple "honk, steer, pedal to go, brakes to stop" vehicle that anyone with opposable thumbs can drive. despite its age, it does have a handy GPS system that displays paths you can take, but fails to identify anything like landmarks or other worldly features. last but not least: its paint job is done in your unit's color!

The following can be found in the trunk/dashboard:
• Icepicks
• These 5 Bone Saws
• A surgical set
• A single miniature of 99 Bananas
• one large first aid kit containing nothing but bandages and bandaids]

Do you believe the outcome could be worse than what will face us ahead? To be fair, I do not really know her at all, other than that I can tell she is utterly insane.

It's gonna be bad either way. But--

...Just rolling over and taking it--I don't like the idea. At least there might be a way to defend ourselves, 'stead of something dumb like the car exploding or something.

I can respect that decision.

[ He goes to lift a hand to her shoulder--- but allows it to fall back down to his side and smiles at her instead. ]

Let us forge ahead then. We might as well pick a direction. What about this right path? I have no doubt that they will all have troubles ahead for us, but we'll face them proudly regardless.
