Yeah? [ His gaze refocusing on Lark's face. ] Well, I don't think any of us are gonna be staying long enough to get hungry, but it's the thought that counts.

The first thing you'll see in the area are the dining table and chairs near the doorway. A little further behind them is a modest but well-stocked kitchen. A bundle of herbs is hanging from a kitchen wall.

There's enough for four people to be seated for a meal. The herbs are a bunch of thyme, bayleaf and basil.

"What do you mean? Crane and Lancelot are here. My mom is too."

He turns to go back to the stove, not making eye contact with Lupine and not giving him an answer.

(Just — give it a once-over, note the placement of pieces, which side seems to be winning, if there's anything weird about the seating.)

It's very notably not Gateway, since Lupine would be able to recognise it. Whoever's playing black seems to be winning, but not overwhelmingly so.
