Nemesis and Hurricane's Ideal World: Session 2

[The sky above is a deep, unnatural crimson, filled with roiling clouds and creatures that are a sickly oil-slick black. They writhe and wriggle like something out of a Lovecraftian nightmare; they have entirely too many eyes, and entirely too many wings, and when they open their mouths, they have entirely too many teeth]
[Below them, the city of Tokyo is half-shattered; above the rooftops, mechanized suits the size of people hover in the air, darting in out of the chaos, laser blasts and explosions and wickedly sharp blades fighting tirelessly against the endless onslaught]
[Until finally, the last creature falls]
[All at once, civilians flood the streets of the city; the lights come on in all the buildings, which somehow have become whole again, safe and unharmed. A cheer goes up from the crowd. Overhead, a stunning fireworks display paints the night with light and color]
[And they all lived happily ever after]
[The end]

Re: THE PARTY
And what do you mean, Tokyo-F? We got outta there.
Re: THE PARTY
[ Sorry about that. ]
But you are being deceived right now. Both you and Nemesis-san.

Re: THE PARTY
You're all here, ain't you? The food's, like - real. And it's warm out? And I can hear the birds singing in the trees.
Re: THE PARTY
[ He did hear there was not always. ]
They have always been masters of deception, and able to create environments at a whim. Deception and trickery are what run through their very blood.
Re: THE PARTY
...what?
Re: THE PARTY
It is a cruel and disgusting trick that has been played on you in order to make you wish to stay here, rather than face the difficulty of reality. Because who would prefer to return to Tokyo-F... when you see the happiness you believe you have built for yourself here.
But even this place is twisted. Blood decorates sinks, twisted memories and heartache lurking within the rooms of this very house. What you believe you have is not what is actually within your hands.
[ He reaches out to place a hand upon his shoulder, frustrated and upset. ]
One day... one day we will leave Tokyo-F. We will escape-- or graduate. Whatever comes first. But do not be deceived into believing this false reality planted before you now.
Re: THE PARTY
That can't be true. Just because someone cut themself in the sink - just cause Nem's sister showed up -
I can fix it. That's just - that ain't nothing. I can fix it. Just - don't tell Nem about Julia, okay? I can take care of this.
Re: THE PARTY
It wasn't a cut. The sink was overflowing with blood. The house is all mixed up-- rooms disappearing. it is all wrong. You deserve better but this place is not real. It isn't the place you think it is.
