Skylark's Ideal World | Session 2
Once, there was a maiden...
...who was driven from her land.
Great black stags chased her, and their eyes shone blue.
Monsters scrambled after her through the bush, though they found her not.
Stumbling on a log, she fell and thought to surrender, and end the torment of the hunt—
... ... ...
You're so, so tired.
Why carry on?
... Surely, it's okay to take a break—

Re: START: THE BEACH
Well. That should be easy enough. When we find him, we only need to shake some sense into him, isn't that right? A fantasy is no place for him to stay, as much as a dream may be nice. We all of us must wake from sleep at some point. Let us remind him of it.
Re: START: THE BEACH
Which...isn't a great time.

It is alright. If we need to become firm, I have the resources. We shall do what we must.

[LIKE]
[HE HAS SIMILAR]
[But he's just Like That and he knows it.]
Re: START: THE BEACH
My former leader, Leo-san, is prone to disappearing and running off from all cares and responsibilities, making incredibly selfish decisions, and causing trouble for everyone he knows without even thinking about his actions even once!
I purchased all of this for the sole reason of dragging him back as necessary and putting him directly into my care and responsibility and taking over all aspects of his life.
[ This is all perfectly reasonable and normal. A very fitting response. ]
So I suppose I came into the habit of carrying it with me as necessary. It allowed me to apprehend my cousin when he appeared during that time when the extra units made an appearance as well. You never know when it might come in handy.
Re: START: THE BEACH
But that's true. That's why I always have rope.
Re: START: THE BEACH
Well-- should we all split up? We may have an easier time of things if we can spread our resources and then convene at a later time.
Re: START: THE BEACH
Just...need to be careful. Some bad things...can slip through.
[There's a bit of a thousand yard stare going on here.]
Re: START: THE BEACH
[ Unfortunate but perhaps useful in this moment. ]
I will be careful. I am going to go inside and see what I can find but will venture out from here. Perhaps we can meet up here once more after an hour or two?
Re: START: THE BEACH
Yeah. [He shakes his head, snapping himself out of it.] Yeah, sounds good.
Re: START: THE BEACH
Re: START: THE BEACH
You be careful too.
Re: START: THE BEACH
[ He winks before turning toward the cottage. ]
Lets do our best.
Re: START: THE BEACH
Good luck.
[Gonna head to-probably town.]
