The entire mess that happened during the hunger games was due to the fact that you love and care for Lark-kun. No matter... how upset I was. No matter how much I disagree with your actions in the past, I know that you will want to do what is right for him.

That requires all of us working together, somehow.

[He unwinds, just a little: some of the tension bleeding away.]

We're gonna need some way to pool information. If I know these kinda games, there's gonna be everything we need to - to break it, somewhere. It's just a matter of finding it. And that's gonna be easier if we split up, at least at first. At least into twos or something.

I don't mind splitting up. But, does that mean meeting back here after a certain amount of time? To gather what we know, have found, or done?

We're gonna need to figure out some way of getting back together...

[He jabs at his phone screen. Jabs.]

Stupid fuckin' thing. Smoke signals? I guess we're just gonna have to go with meeting back up here.

Perhaps we can aim for an hour or two from now? I know it may be difficult to tell if our phones are not working, but.... we can guess.

I should like to peak inside the cottage first. Do you plan to before we split up?

There's a tip I wanna follow up in the town, too. I'll check that out.
