[This place is pretty self explanatory. It's a stairwell, but there seem to be more vines here. If you aren't careful you might trip or cut your hands on them. The lighting is dim and the sound of something dripping echoes throughout the stairwell. It has a coppery smell - blood, of course. When you reach the bottom, the sound of a splash greets you. Were you hoping to keep your shoes dry?

Keep walking and you will come upon an entrance leading to the Basement. Above the door seem to be several clusters of strangely abnormal looking butterflies that drift around the entrance to the basement but do not come close enough to interact.

You may enter the Basement or go back.]

[ As she descends the stairs, Aliza makes a point to swipe her hand against the dripping walls, already well knowing it's blood. Her eyes are bright enough to blind anyone who looks at her directly. ]

[ By the time she hits the little splash at the bottom, she's definitely breathing heavily. ]

Well, well.

[0/10 do not like this dungeon would not queue up again]

Whatever it is is down here, it had better be worth it.

[ Drawing a slow, deep breath. She can handle this, really. ]

Oh, it's not meant to be offensive I don't think. Not to our kind.

... no, probably not.

[She's trying not to make it too obvious she has one hand over her mouth and nose.]

You must find it smells awfully strong.

It's very strong. But my thirst is somewhat suppressed in the Game Tower, I think.

[ Another deep breath, ] I'd -- be lying if I said it wasn't affecting me.

Then we should find whatever it is there is down here quickly.

I didn't say I mind.

-- Which probably means you're right. It's just, this is the first time I've felt like I belonged anywhere since I woke up in the dorm.

... I'm not going to be so arrogant as to assume I know what to do to fix that. But if there's anything I can do to help, I'd be happy to.

[ Waving off the concern, ] Nothing to worry yourself over. I'll figure it out.
