[ The doorway is open, but it leads to a sheer drop into darkness. Directly - but far - below you can see a staircase that seems to just end at the wall. There is no way to get down that wouldn't kill you. ]

The paintings, perhaps? How many people are in the paintings?

That's four, but I rearranged all the paintings already.

The one that was in 4th place was the one with all the glyphs, though.

Ah. Perhaps we could look behind the glyph painting, then? Or, where it was originally, anyway.

[This is what the crowbar is for. He's gonna stick it in and try to sus out the space behind it.]

[ You don't feel any resistance besides what are presumably the edges of the space, but when you withdraw the crowbar it is covered in liquid. ]

[ The rag dissolves on contact with the liquid. ]

[Heaving himself up again on the crowbar, he's down a leg and an arm, this sucks.

But hopefully he can keep it together long enough to prod at the darkness with the crowbar??]

Suddenly, gravity in the specific area you're in shifts wildly! You yourself flying back and forth across the room, slamming into the door to the basement before being thrown out to hang over the death drop into the next room, before being pulled back to be slammed into the basement door again. Then it happens again, and again and again and again and again and again and again

Izanagi and everyone standing in the way:

- Broken limb x 2
- Confusion/disorientation
- Fear of falling (at all times)
- Major bruising
- Nausea

[ It looked like a guy who wants to give you a high five, but now it looks like an UPSIDE DOWN guy who wants to give you a high five.

Also, the base of the statuette is now facing up towards you and you can read the words written on the bottom: HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE THERE? ]
