Not good is probably the nicest way of putting it. I'd suggest heading to the dead center to get some items, though they're randomized and can range from unhelpful to, uh, sort of helpful.

[ scratches his cheek. ] And just be careful. I know that might not mean much, but... it's... it's bound to get bad.
