actually he can't. help but laugh. it's strained, maybe borderline manic, but there's tears cornering his eyes as he leans into Phoenix and just. laughs. this is so much. he doesn't know how to respond to any of this, but he does know that the sudden image of Phoenix throwing a car is just too funny. ]
