☆ZRAEL & Heart Soldier Senshi
[ Your designated room appears to be a modern but simple hospital room, with an adjustable electronic chair and curtain dividing one side of the room from the other. On the curtained side, there is a tray of basic surgery equipment, though nothing electric. That would be too easy, wouldn't it? At least(?) the chair has straps, to bind unruly subjects.
On the other side of the room are several chairs, what appears to be an iPad with a health chart listing a number of patients. You may select from a number of options to send "remedies" to those patients. There is also a pharmacy counter, though rather than a window, there is only a thin slit the width of a single piece of paper.
And of course, your patient(s)—or hostage(s), if you prefer—is in the middle of the room, though . . . strangely placed. A glass bubble, 6ft by 6ft, hangs from the ceiling, somewhat like an upside-down snowglobe. Eight tubes connect the orb to the ceiling, and one tube connects it to the floor. From above, your patient(s) can see most things in the room, including the surgery table even when the curtains are drawn.
It's currently empty—aside from your patient—for now. ]

[Yeah he's a little bit alarmed to be in here! He tries Heishining but nothing doing.]

[ Looking up towards the central orb, frantic for a whole lot of reasons. ]
[ She shouts his name, unsure if he can hear anything and just.... putting her face in her hands. ]

[ Then, she goes strangely calm, which takes a very visible amount of effort. She made promises and now she has to keep them. Put it aside. ]
I'm going to get you two out of there, I don't care what it takes.

[He knows she wouldn't listen.]
If something happens to me, please don't blame yourself.

[ Right now, she can't think about it. She's squeezing her fists so hard she's bleeding trying not to think about it. ]
I promised I'd play to win, and I will. It's lucky enough that it also means getting you and Reed out of there. [ She also can't think about what sending their water away will do to anyone else. ]

[he's trying to be brave is it working]

Yeah, right. I'll just sit here and take a vacation.
I'm going to get you both out of there, no matter what.

Um - it's okay... We'll make sure to do our best for your sake, okay? If it's alright, do you think that it would be okay for you to stay calm...?
