avante en garde
[ Your designated room appears to be a modern but simple hospital room, with an adjustable electronic chair and curtain dividing one side of the room from the other. On the curtained side, there is a tray of basic surgery equipment, though nothing electric. That would be too easy, wouldn't it? At least(?) the chair has straps, to bind unruly subjects.
On the other side of the room are several chairs, what appears to be an iPad with a health chart listing a number of patients. You may select from a number of options to send "remedies" to those patients. There is also a pharmacy counter, though rather than a window, there is only a thin slit the width of a single piece of paper.
And of course, your patient(s)—or hostage(s), if you prefer—is in the middle of the room, though . . . strangely placed. A glass bubble, 6ft by 6ft, hangs from the ceiling, somewhat like an upside-down snowglobe. Eight tubes connect the orb to the ceiling, and one tube connects it to the floor. From above, your patient(s) can see most things in the room, including the surgery table even when the curtains are drawn.
It's currently empty—aside from your patient—for now. ]

DRAIN
The necessary items, including medication pills (which just look like white tabs), are now available on the operating table.
Re: DRAIN
Maybe it'll be nice not to be so embarrassed half the time
Re: DRAIN
That leaves us with needing to break a bone or else breaking it down, and one of the level one items.
Re: DRAIN
Someone will approach the operating table! Grab whatever thing looks blunt enough to break a bone. And. Doesn't hesitate to bring it down on the joint of her pinkie.
And though she bites down hard on her tongue to keep from saying something will look up after amoment to glance at Tsukasa: ]

[ Because right now they have a job to do... She'll have the ability to emote about it later. Even if right now despite being such a small body part her finger won't stop shooting painfully. ]
Re: DRAIN
You're so cool
Re: DRAIN
[ Maybe she'd be more embarassed later, but between the pain and how white-hot her anger she is she... Doesn't take it as a compliment. ]
If I can do something I will.
[ The 'to protect someone else' rings in her heart, but goes unsaid. ]
Re: DRAIN
[ SHE DIDN'T EVEN HESITATE. ]
Re: DRAIN
[ She is not fine. ]
Re: DRAIN
[ He ends up taking the jelly legs medication though, as they speak. ]
Re: DRAIN
[ It's not her first instinct but then she also just got some. Still keeps her hand to her damaged hand to her side when she reaches out instinctively to help steady him. ]

Re: DRAIN
For now, if we're going to try this, we may as well start. Do you want to, or is it easier for someone else to do it for you?
Re: DRAIN

[ She says. and will take a moment to consider and then - stabs the palm of the same hand. ]
Re: DRAIN
Re: DRAIN
[ It earns an exhausted sigh. Like at least she didn't do much stabbing but also oof. ]
