It depends on who is in attendance. But it's safest to assume a unit with fewer ties is at greater risk.

Quite likely. And which would you say has the least ties on your list?

Pep, sensitiv, Wild City, Azrael. But I'm afraid that would be because I don't know their circumstances particularly well.
