Pep Pep are good for a couple reasons. One, we don't have to make you complicit in your sister's head exploding. Two, if our heads explode and they don't revive us, they owe us one.

I don't got a vote. If I could choose, it'd be everybody, and the people I know best are all good at strategy and probably wouldn't thank me for worryin' about 'em. But you guys... you got a lot of people who're important to you, right? I'm okay following your lead here.

Why Bad End?

There's no deeper strategic reason. I don't believe there's any point in trying to predict the outcome of this.

Various reasons. Not the least of which being that I like Bad End better than Taisho, on the whole.
