This is so unprecedented that the goblin can't believe it and just keeps tugging with both hands over its shoulder.

This goblin really wants to kill you, and the power of embarrassment fuels its attack! The axe connects with Yasuragi's throat directly, a critical hit to a vulnerable spot. If this was the real world, his head would be rolling on the ground by now. But this is Underworld (sort of). A class 10 axe can't cut through a human's throat in just one strike. It can in two, though. Your life decreases by 2000. There is a gaping wound on your throat. You will lose 200 per turn until you get that healed, or die. The pain is excruciating. You'll faint after two turns and become unable to act.
