Mori's heart

All at once a rainbow of bright lights feels as if it is bursting through you. It is an intense experience, but not an unpleasant one. As the colours burn through your skin, and lighting begins to spark through your veins, you feel stronger, you could take on the world right now.

Faintly in the distance, beyond the iridescent light show that overwhelms your vision, you can just about make out some silhouettes, but they’re too blurred, too indistinct and too far to tell anything about them. You can’t see them, but you know they’re welcoming you. You’re wanted here, you’re needed here, and the light is guiding you where you’re meant to go.

When the light dims and your vision clears, that spark of energy remains inside of you, thrumming with power. You’re standing in the entrance of a hi-tech sentai base modeled in the same vein of Heart Soldier Senshi’s dorm - lots of shiny chrome walls with coloured buttons and screens with data flashing across them. If you’re paying attention, some of them have your own silhouette on them, although no information has been input yet.

A woman smiles brightly at you, coming over with a clipboard in her hands. "Hello, welcome, welcome." She says, greeting you with a warm smile. "It’s so nice to meet Izuku’s friends, let me get you registered."

Costume Room

The room you enter is dark at first, but when you open the door a row of spotlights flicks on, one after the other, leading a path down to illuminate a stage. The rest of the lights in the room come on and you can see it’s full of rails and rails of different kinds of costumes. The ones closest to you all seem to be hero outfits, but there’s others too. Police uniforms, work out clothes, lab coats, cheerleading costumes, elegant suits and gowns, it goes on and on. Any kind you can think of, it’s there.

Time to play dress up!

Bonds

The doors open to reveal a large hallway decorated in green wallpaper, with wooden floors and a large red fluffy carpet in the middle of it laid between four different open doorways. They each have different symbols above them, on one a large bronze heart, on the second a set of silver handcuffs, the third a golden spiral, and the fourth a black X.

There are two Mori’s at the end of the hallway, one dressed in one of Mori’s casual HSS uniforms, and one dressed in a black middle school gakuran. They seem to be arguing about something, and the smaller middle school Mori is trying to stop the HSS Mori from entering the doorway with the golden spiral.

Game room

This room looks almost identical to the arcade in Heart Soldier Senshi. It’s full of various machines, dancing and rhythm games, co-op shooting games, you name it and it’s there. The arcade is full of various colourful NPCs, they don’t look very distinct if you aren’t paying attention and they’re easy to ignore, but if you actually try to focus in on them you’ll find they’re various denizens of Imeeji milling around and playing with each other. Everyone seems to be having a good time, if you stay up here with everyone then you know you can have fun with them too.

But there’s something ominous about the corners of the room. The lights are pointed away so it’s darker over there, stray too far away and the sounds of everyone laughing and chattering grows faint. The game cabinets closer to the edges look a little stranger, there's something off about them. There’s probably no need to go look that way.

DANGER DANGER DANGER

You’ve made a mistake. You shouldn’t have come here, you shouldn’t have strayed too far away, but it’s too late now. As soon as you see the smiling faces of Heart Soldier Senshi high above you on the balcony above you, you know.

You’re standing on a platform surrounded by a black abyss, there’s no escape, you can’t turn back from the trial now.

Mori looks up from his notes and tilts his head at you curiously. "Oh? More defendants have arrived."

Rooftop

You’ve come to the foot of a dark, grimy looking staircase. You can’t see how far up it goes through the darkness, you don’t know how long it would take you to reach the top, or where it goes, or how long you’d have to walk through the disgusting ooze dripping from the steps.

It’s awful. It smells foul. Just standing near it makes you feel disgusting, you should run back and slam that door closed now.
