Angel | Heart Game (part 3)
It’s strange, isn’t it? You have fallen asleep, and yet your consciousness is awake. You’re simply floating, waiting to remember what it’s like to exist. However, as you wait, a growing fear clutches at your chest. What if you don’t remember? What if you will always be empty? What if you never find what it is that you are looking for? What if you die? . . . ♫ . . .
You aren’t sure, but you swear that you just heard someone singing . . . the words are incomprehensible, but it makes you feel something familiar . . . a feeling that makes you feel like you’ll find what you’re looking for . . . and that everything will be alright in the end . . .
What is that feeling?
. . .
HUUUH?!
You don’t know?? Wowee . . . well, don’t worry! Since we're friends, I’ll tell you!
It’s hope, of course! !

Re: The Hotel Lobby
"Hi! My name is Angel or QW5nZWw= but you can call me Angel! That's what most people do!"
If you make it to the last page, you'll find something else printed directly:
" . . . do you grow attached to people easily, Angel?"
"Of course. Everyone is wonderful in their own ways."
"Well! I have no intentions on leaving anytime soon."
But written beneath it:
"We probably won't see them again, will we?"
"Not unless we find a way to go to them, no."
You head for HSS's dorm and it is almost as you'd expect it:
Heart Soldier Senshi's dorm is modeled in the vein of a child's idea of a cool secret hideout. Large display monitors show meaningless graphs, and there's lots of colored buttons to press, though none of them really do anything. A large conference table takes up the center of the main room, and arranged around it are high back, cushioned, color-coded spinny chairs. In the bedrooms, the beds are all pod-shaped and close up on top when the occupant is sleeping, and open when they're awake again.
But there are a LOT of flowers here also. A lot of green ones, a lot of black ones, a lot of red ones, some purple and blue. There are also dolls of every HSS that has been here, more or less.]
Re: The Hotel Lobby
He walks the perimeter of the dorm, pausing at the row of dolls - most notably the ones he doesn't recognize - and noting the subtle differences (the lack of mattress pile in the middle of the dorm especially). He also can't help himself from plucking one of the purple flowers and turning it over in his fingers.
Real plants.... novel!!! ]
Re: The Hotel Lobby
Re: The Hotel Lobby
He's tucking it behind his ear and heading back out to the lobby. Since going to anyone else's dorm seems like SNOOPING - and the true heart being in FiN dorm seems a little too on the nose for now - he heads to the vid room instead. ]

But asking questions doesn't seem to register as a command.]

Okay, hang on...

And instead you see a peppy angel with a large flag in arm. She seems to be singing a song.]
Re: The Hotel Lobby
Angel...?
Re: The Hotel Lobby
Re: The Hotel Lobby
Well, it was worth a shot. Even if it ended up being kinda.... depressing. He dismisses the hologram and shuts the room down.
And then, after contemplating his next move for a few moments in the now-silent room, he's gonna head back the way he came - out of the hotel, and back to the first room, in order to head down the path not taken. ]
