When the game starts, you find something grabbing onto your ankle and dragging you under the ballpit until you find yourself sitting on a disco floor platform with your team. It is only being held up by eleven balloons.
You make decisions on a cool arcade machine where you can SELECT A TEAM'S BALLOON. If a character is blind or has no hands or smth, you can assume things can be read to you and you can automatically pick through your speech. Thanks, Alexa.
If you look over the platform, you can see a lot of sparkling rainbow spikes below.

STRATEGISING
We'd also like to avoid hitting LiliS if possible, but they're on the table.
The teams we can hit are avante, wild city and baritones. With the way the maths are stacked, there's no way we can play to pop three balloons in any round.
What we can do is play one balloon this round on baritones, leaving ourselves unprotected and counting on having enough friends that we won't be hit six times in the first round. I think our odds are good on that one. Is everyone alright to try and play only one balloon at a time for now?

I just think we should also consider... a worst case scenario from the start.
[such as one where we eat shit during the first round]

Exactly. So have we reached a decision?

[Yvette. What about Yvette?
[Is Yvette even here? And - oh, but they've ruled so many units out already...]
O-okay. Yes. I think one would be best for now.

It's okay if you have someone else you'd like to protect, Wednesday-chan.

Question!
If we're just playing one balloon in the first round, which I prefer, I would like our three target choices to be in order of who we would like to target least, of our available options.
For example, I don't want to hit LiliS! I hope that others don't as well, so hopefully they won't take much damage!
On the other hand, I expect Baritones to be playing the maximum amount of balloons, which means they may have unpoppable balloons by the time the third round comes along. That means if we wind up playing two or more balloons, they have a greater chance of not being affected by it.
Does that make sense? I'm not sure. Someone please give me a reality check.

Makes sense.
Re: STRATEGISING
Baritones have made themselves a target with the last game, and it's possible everyone will pile on them. If six other teams decide to hit them now, whe they don't have any unpoppable balloons, they'll go down.
So we have to decide, if we want to play it now and risk helping to kill them, or risk others sending them down before they can protect themselves, and having to put one of our other teams back on the list.
Re: STRATEGISING
[But maybe it doesn't even matter in the end since some amount of units will die even if they have more than six balloons.]
