Castle Game: WILD CITY

[Suddenly, you hear the wailing of a horn. Outside, tension is turning to panic. You can't see anything, but you can hear people gathering up their things, sobbing in fear or speaking in harsh whispers. A lone voice calls from the distance:

The enemy approaches!

Upon the map, an unfamiliar geography appears -- several small nations, clustered together. Outside of them, an endless sea of enemy forces, identified only by a symbol of a cracked skull. Each of the small nations is marked with a flag in one unit's colour, and a tiny model of a castle.

You are at war. How will you protect your people and yourself?

[You have 3 bundles of materials with which to build up your castle. Your options are:

Use your own materials, remaining neutral.

Gift some your materials to another unit.

Steal from another unit.

You may gift some or all of your materials, and may divide your gifts between more than one unit. You may steal from up to three units per round. You may not gift and steal in the same round. Any materials in your possession at the end of the round will be used to improve your castle's defense level.

Instinctually vicious, I like it.

Apparently last time we were nice and it didn't do us any favors, unsurprisingly.

Who's on the don't hit list? Other than Avante.

Yep. I'm not gonna bleed out anyone specific but I'm not gonna put too much stock in protecting someone else.

Harder than last time... We aimed for just surviving, assuming we wouldn't be targeted much. ...Obviously it was not enough.

So who're we stealing from?

We're gonna live this time.

... We will need to be careful about stealing... Too much and we risk making ourselves a bigger target.

Anyone you wanna steal from?

I can handle a rough ride. I just don't wanna be trying to make sure the boys put themselves back together again this time.

We definitely keep all three.

Like I said, I said we could play hard this game. So, ifwe're going to steal, I'd prefer not to steal from Avante or Alcheme. But if I can only choose not to steal from one it's Avante.

From what I remember, no one asked to protect LiliS or Baritones?
