Once Mukuro finishes his intro spiel, the monitor display switches to a catalogue of pictures of flowers, each with their name, associated meaning, and a checkbox underneath them: ]

Which then means you've ensured two units will get permanent punishments.

Possibly, but there's no way to know what criteria each unit will use to choose their flowers. What we expect, and what they hope we expect, could be entirely different.
