Right. A-And this isn't gospel . . . But, what I see is, um, well, strategically, we've been given a higher scoring hand. We should take advantage of it? Granted, we need to sit on it this round. See if they're sharing out scores, see where everyone else is at. If they do, we don't want to have responded, mm, strongly when everyone else decided to go lightly. Generally. No need to draw attention by being one of the higher scoring units in the first round, either. Puts us through too much without any chance of success.

If they don't . . . Ah, we could use the time. To prepare. See what happens on the next hand. We still have something strong to come back with . . .

Mm....not drawing too much attention in the first round....that sounds good. Afterall....maybe everyone will play gentler than we think?

I wish . . . No, some units are going to start strong right out of the gate. But we're going to be fighting for space in that middle area. Right on the edge of losing or winning.

. . . Don't want to hurt too many people. Our hand is kind of forced if we're looking after ourselves, but we don't have to go too far or delight in it.
