I don't struggle with these kinds of decisions like some of the rest of us do. They're not. . . easy, and I understand anyone who would rather throw themselves into a pit of spikes than hurt the people they care about. Hell, most of the time? That's what I'd rather do, too.

But we don't have that luxury. So. . . I'm just trying to do right by my team and help us decide how we want to play, without any arguments or hurt feelings.
