I think it implies any potential kind of punishment that has been assigned to the cards, including murder.

What are you so scared of? It's a gamble. There's just as much chance that it will end up being something completely lame. We already passed on the murder card because of you, so it's only fair that we get a chance to do something interesting.

So if you want to offer my head up on a platter to save your own skin-- actually, I don't have much of a choice in that do I? Since I would be "guilty", and someone's head has to roll. Asking me if I'd be "okay with it" in the first place is just for your own sake.
