Nope! Because it's such a high and almighty thing for someone to do, obviously!

Silence seems to think that those kind self-sacrificial people value themselves less than others, among other complicated things that I don't care about.

But me? Let's be honest here, I think people who make reckless sacrifices just want to gloat about how good and kind they're being, like they're worthy of making a big heroic move. They want a pat on the back and some acknowledgement, that's all it is!
