Hallucinations - Yugi, cw decapitation, eye removal
Please, they ask—they hate to ask, but you're happy to give. You can't do anything else, after all—they won't let you be a part of the unit properly anymore; instead, you're left to be an extra. The backup help—an organ donor.
You would smile, if you still had a mouth—but you don't, so you tilt your head just a little and nod, and reach into yourself to pick out another piece. They need a nose, they've lost it—well, you still have one, so even if you can't breathe anymore, even if it means you feel like you're suffocating (even though you can't die) you can help them one more time.
There's no reason you need your parts anymore, anyway—the people who loved them, who loved to caress them, who appreciated them the most, are gone. So, bit by bit, you give yourself away, unable to die because your heart is already dead.
The next time they come, they ask you for your eyes. You're reticent—it's not that you don't want to help, but you're afraid—
It seems you're not even worth your fear, though. Before you even say yes or no, they reach out to pluck your head off your neck—you can still feel your body, you can still feel your head, you can still see as fingers reach out to dig into your skull and pluck out your eye pieces, and then they set your head down on your lap, without bothering to even put your head back into place.
Once again, you run your fingers over the lines of your face.
