You're holding Lucifel's hand at the alter, smiling brightly because this is it. This is the ultimate sign of love. Marriage. Once you are together, you must be together forever, and you can only be together forever if you love them. That's how it works! You are certain of it.
So you smile. Underneath the moonlight, stars twinkling a song above you, you smile. You force a smile.
Because you are afraid. This must be love so you must be happy, but why are you afraid instead? Ah, that's right. People who are suppose to be here forever . . . they are not here anymore.
What would happen if the person you love disappeared? Ah, you already know, don't you? Because it's your fault they left, isn't it? You're responsible for those underneath the moon.
You try to say "I do."
But you can't. Because you have your hands at your throat, strangling yourself from finishing your words. Everyone looks concerned for you. That doesn't stop you though, you end up taking your nails and clawing it through your neck until your soon-to-be husband takes his sword and completely decapitates you.
Because he loves you. And he would never let you suffer like that.
