Heart Game: Intensity (Turn 4)
In the beginning, there is nothing but darkness and silence. A sleep that gives no rest but one out of necessity in order to keep functioning. Behind closed eyelids, the numbers of a clock tick down - one painstaking second at a time.
TIME UNTIL REBOOT:

And then you wake up.
As you shift to a standing position, you feel something sharp and pointed press against your side. Digging into the nearest pocket, you will find two small puzzle pieces. And from their odd shape, it looks like they would fit into a 3D spherical puzzle. Odd. You've never seen them before, but you do get a sense that these are a currency of some sort. Spend them wisely!
Game start.

To save ourselves from certain calamity, a will we gave to the star, Zodiark. To achieve such an act half of the lives of my people, freely sacrificed, were given. Ever has His Grace averted the end of days. Though there would be naysayers that disagreed with him. Did not understand. And thus they summoned a primal of their own, shattering Zodiark and our very star into a source and thirteen reflections.
Thus my wish is return the star and my people to the peace and prosperity in which it once flourished with Lord Zodiark as is caretaker, hail and whole. To finish what my brethren have started and completed the Rejoining. Merge the ten plus three shards back to the source so that His Grace, Zodiark, may be reborn, and the star once again made whole. And with it all the lives lost, all those who willingly sacrificed themselves be returned to us as well.

If I grant you this power, will you still report to me? Dotted line - if you're worried about the red tape. I wouldn't want to upset Zodiark.

Would I to the best of my ability for I could never repay such a debt. Ah, but there is one factor I should mention. Those who summon a primal have the energies of their creation, their summoning merge with their own forcibly aligning the two. 'Tis a state know as being Tempered. So it would be impossible to put your desires ahead of Lord Zodiark's even if I wished it.

Are you summoning something just so you can be subservient to it?
[ THE FUCK, MAN? ]

And He is our wish, our will made manifest. And it would be a price I'd pay again if given then choice.
Is the Tempering going to be a problem? For I am not certain what I give in return for this wish to be granted. What price am I expected to pay for graduation.

Provided you sign your contract, of course.

[He nods.]
Of course.

Ah.
It's your wish. In the form of a binding contract. Because of course it would be.

There's a place for your signature down at the bottom. ]
So do you find these terms agreeable?
[[ Mechanic: Aligning with the King of Hell will cost one (1) puzzle piece. ]]

He writes two things:
- The first is he scratches out the word 'Alexander' and pauses for a moment before replacing it with 'Emet-Selch'. He almost puts Hades.
- His signature is the symbol of his office
Also have a puzzle piece, sir. Actually screw that. Have both.]

And he offers a hand to shake. ]
Welcome to Hell, Emet Selch.

Truly a pleasure.
[Can he go home now? Because that would be really great. And he's waited like a thousand thousand lifetimes to go home.]

[ And he points to the door. ]
Let him know when we should expect a call from this Zodiark.
