Heart Game: Intensity (Turn 4)

In the beginning, there is nothing but darkness and silence. A sleep that gives no rest but one out of necessity in order to keep functioning. Behind closed eyelids, the numbers of a clock tick down - one painstaking second at a time.

TIME UNTIL REBOOT:


And then you wake up.

As you shift to a standing position, you feel something sharp and pointed press against your side. Digging into the nearest pocket, you will find two small puzzle pieces. And from their odd shape, it looks like they would fit into a 3D spherical puzzle. Odd. You've never seen them before, but you do get a sense that these are a currency of some sort. Spend them wisely!

[ but, if this is going to become a game of getting past the snake pit, well, then the moment it looks like man eater is going to pull the lever he's going to quick as a wink the fuck over there. ]

[ he might be fast, but... that's about it. he's tripped and he splats on the floor and then probably skids a good distance away, because he was moving at the speed of god only knows that. ]

I'd like to say we're friends... [ but we're definitely not. ]

Oh no! [ And she goes over to Yugi and offers a hand to help him up ] Did something happen?

[puzzlers]

[ takes the hand and gets back to his feet, rubbing his poor face. ]

To my face? [ he figures she means between him and intensity. ]

No! Between you and Intensity.

[puzzlers]

I let him down.

Myself too, if I'm being honest.

But I've been working on trying to turn that around...

Oh I see. [ And she taps her chin thoughtfully ] Well. Maybe it would help to talk to this Intensity. He's not as uh... hmmmm.. [ Read: As much of an asshole ]

[puzzlers]

Did, ah, something... happen to him?

[ COUGH. ]

[ ok, that sounds mean. ]

But, ah, sure, if you don't mind, I'd like that.

[ He makes a displeased sound. But also, he is a sucker for his little sister. ] Tch. Fine.

[puzzlers]

...thank you. [ smiles at her. ] Can you tell me where he is?

C'mon now. Don't be dense. Where do you think?

[puzzlers]

In his lab? [ because he practically lives in there??? thinking about it... does intensity even have a bedroom. HM. ]

[bluescreenwhitedragon]

Ding ding ding! He can be taught!

[puzzlers]

[ just kind of smiles though, and heads towards the lab. ]
