Some people are just weirdly sensitive about that sort of things, but honestly, I agree. It's just canals? Don't they have something better to worship? I don't get it.
Most of them are, unfortunately, quite benighted as far as matters of scholarly knowledge go, it's true, even with our influence. Some of them are amenable, but unfortunately not enough.
I suppose there's that girl that comes here, Raachna, who's working on starting a movement to repair their canals—she's quite clever, it seems, but she's one of them and even she's getting a lot of pushback.
