POISON GAME: future is now

[ The room is plain, white walls and white ceiling, except for the steel-panel flooring. There are three metal stands rising out of openings in the floor, each of which carries a glass vial on top. One of them just holds water. Of the remaining two, one contains a pale pink, opaque liquid with a creamy consistency; the next is tinged barely yellow like a weak tea, and would be almost completely transparent but for the pulp and fibers mixed in, drifting through it.

Both have flowers floated across the surface: the first a tiny sprinkling of cherry blossom petals; the second a small, but whole, bloomed lotus. They're cute and smell nice. ]

Although I suppose it is another specimen in the great experiment that is "observing the other units in this city and gauging how they react in harmful situations such as this one."

I'd rather not hurt anyone to win a game like this. It seems points are fairly easy to come by regardless. Naturally, I'd like to avoid getting poisoned too.

That, and if we do send the poison off and manage to poison a team, it's a possible recipe for animosity.

. . . I'd prefer to stay alive, and avoid any unnecessary strife with another unit. It's so troublesome, you know?

Yes, it would only cause unnecessary harm outside of games as well.

Especially if there are people willingly to publicly announce their intent to kill us. Although I suppose that does make it easier to keep an eye on them.

Regardless, it's troublesome, as you said. I'd rather keep friendly with other teams, if not only because in the end we're all in the same situation.

If they're trying to make us fight between units to make life harder for us, this kind of game is ideal to instigate it. Providing teams actually do target others.
