...That skyline is all wrong. It's pieces of too many places.

With how much detail went into the building and us, probably hard to maintain much more.

I think he just doesn't remember what the whole skyline looks like.

If it's Scythe, it's likely. He doesn't care about anyone outside of his own social circle.
