Amaranth: A Dream
...whose battles called her far from home.
She slew the thing she feared most, and conquered the land that feared her.
As she fought, far away, she knew her children needed guidance.
She knew they faced tyrants.
She knew they faced fear.
In her homeland, things were broken.
So, she held up her hand before the sun, and cast a shadow on the world, and drowned the troubles of her home in darkness.
"Survival's a long reach," she said.

Re: The Farm
—Oh right!
[ and she remembers to do a polite bow.
It looks like her two sisters have had their curiosity piqued, and following after Fujiko.
The one you'd taken as the eldest definitely has the most mature-looking face, but her middle sister is already half a head taller than her.

Re: The Farm
Uh-- hey...
The Farm: 1/2
Hm. State your purpose.
[ Given that she is like... 13?? ...this is honestly not very intimidating, but she's doing her best. ]
The Farm: 2/2
Did you come for lunch? I get to make the dumplings today!
Re: The Farm: 2/2
I'm, uh... looking for your mom. I have something for her.
Re: The Farm: 2/2
[ The eldest (presumably Miwa) makes a second show of nodding, sharp and professional-like... then drops the whole thing, head tilting with interest. ]
Which of our mothers is it for? Mother Shiho's just over there—
[ pointing at the koto-playing woman, who's unworried while watching all this ]
And our mother Amaranth is prob'ly still out in the rice field.
Re: The Farm: 2/2
Yeah, Amaranth. Uh-- is it okay if I go...?
Re: The Farm: 2/2
But you should definitely come to lunch, too.
[ You can see Aradia talking to Shiho now, and... helping her inside? Amaranth's wife looks a little unsteady on her feet.
Past the house, you can see the fields, and the top of a wide-brimmed hat. ]
Re: The Farm: 2/2
Yeah, I'll come to lunch soon. Thanks, guys.
