idolpro | Izanagi's Ideal World

You wake up in a typical Japanese high school classroom to the sound of a bell.

You are dressed in one of two uniforms* (*Please button up your jacket properly!) - whichever your character would feel most comfortable in. The bell was apparently the signal for the end of classes for the day, because everyone else is getting up from their desks and mingling with their friends, making the motions of preparing to leave without quite going yet.

Among them is Izanagi, surrounded by a small group of students and chattering away energetically. There are two exits, one at the front of the room and one at the back, both of which lead to the hallway. On the other hand, if you want to try understanding what you’re doing here, this is probably the best opportunity to talk to Izanagi or talk to your classmates. You can also, of course, find each other and compare notes. There’s a bag hooked on the side of each of your desks, and inside are the typical supplies you would expect most students to carry: writing utensils and notebooks. These can be used, or not, as you please.

I've got my ID too! As long as I have it on me, it doesn't matter if I have a picture over it. I can just take it out when I need to.

[Hizumi turns his attention back to Sekhmet.]

We don't really need anything special. As long as we don't get in trouble for hanging out, it should be fine.

This might sound silly, but I've heard the library is really nice. Can we visit before we go?

[Everyone around him starts making booing noises and he shrugs.]

...Well, you heard them. But Sekhmet, didn't you have club activities to get to?

Oh... Oh! Right?

[Thanks to Levi's efforts, a clue has been found, granting the following effect: Tokyo Tower can now be seen outside of all rooms, whether or not it makes sense for it to do so.

Izanagi actually gets distracted for a moment, looking out the window at the tower.]

...Huh. Nice view today.

[And then back to Sekhmet!]

You were with the theater club, right? I heard you landed one of the main roles and everything.

[Does it look different from how it does in Imeeji?]

Ah, I forgot we had a thing today.

[Starts walking towards the hallway.]

It's in the club building! Take a right out the doors, go through the door at the end of the hallway, enter the building straight ahead, and it's the first room on the right!

[Bye!!]

Are you a theater fan?

[No.]

Hmm... I wouldn't say I'm super into it, but this school's known for some really good productions.

[Something seems to occur to him, and he leans in close.]

Speaking of... is it true this is the first play to feature a girl/girl kiss? It's you and the lead, right...?

I-Is that what you're into?

N-no, it's not like that! I just thought it was good that the school's finally getting with the times, that's all.

It must be a great role. There's a bunch of famous troupes that scout out students from this school, so it'll look really great on your transcript.

It is rather nice. I thought about that a bit, but mostly I just wanted to try acting?

It's over in building B.

[He'll lead the way, following the path he outlined to her earlier. Once they're inside building B, he immediately goes to the door on the right, behind which is... the school theater? There is no way this should be able to fit in here, but somehow, it does.

The curtains on the stage are open and there are already students blocking out their roles. Upon spotting Sekhmet, they turn and gesture to her.]

Hurry, we’re just about to start! Quick, stand on that X on the floor. And here’s your script!

[Sure enough, the lead actress is holding an extra script in hand as she gestures to the x marked in tape in front of her.]

[Huh. Stepping onto the X, and reading her script.]

[Sekhmet has tripped an event flag! She will have to stay and work on her performance until club time is over, and her classmates won’t take no for an answer. Trying to open or kick down the door will find that it is locked tight and does not budge, although the students don’t seem to notice anything wrong with this and simply urge her to continue her work. Sekhmet’s investigations are paused for fifteen minutes. Tags intended for investigating for clues must be paused until 7:10. Backtagging conversations where other characters share clues with her, however, is fine.

Once club activities are over, everyone gets up to leave and the door opens as though there were never any trouble with it to begin with. It looks like Hizumi left before her, since he's nowhere to be seen.]
