Gradually, those voices blend into the hum of a bustling crowd... naturally enough to make you wonder if perhaps you were just hearing things, after all.

[reddens a little]

He puts an arm around her.

"You're just proving my point~."

[mostly dry and joking. she doesn't actually try to move away from him though]

"Ahh, he can suck it up. He's not my boyfriend, after all," he says, giving Hitoshiki a knowing look.

Hitoshiki FROWNS at him, but also cannot protest without incriminating himself, so.

Man☆Eater grins, ready to milk this for all its worth. "We could always head over to the Haunted House for a little extra mood-setting. Y'know, somewhere a little more dark and intimate. Gyahaha!"

Sounds like a plan. Your friend can come too.

"Aww, hear that, Tosshi? You're allowed to join us. If you want."

He casts a grin over his shoulder at Hitoshiki, then starts leading the way into the building.
