Inside the heart? I cannot say for certain. They appeared here early on, but we fought it off. There are places within the hotel that are heavily affected, however.

[ The light hovers for a moment, before gently sinking into your chest. The moment that it does tingling warmth envelopes you. Light abruptly bursts from your body and a glowing weapon appears in your hands, turning solid in your grasp, along with knowledge of how to use it. It’s a bow. And buried deep inside, you realize you have gained a special ability.
The BOW can materialize into thin air whenever you mentally draw it up, and it has unlimited arrows.
- Bow & Arrows (+2 Agl) - SAVE: Once in the heart game you can summon one of the Hakuryuu Spirits (White Dragon spirits) to either take a blow for you preventing all damage or completely removing you from a particular dangerous situation. - DOUBLE DAMAGE: Roll Charm once every 3 turns in battle for a chance to do double damage ]
It is wise to look everywhere. Even without finding the most damage...
My suggestion to you is to consider the types of things he cherishes, even despite the current deterioration of his heart. Right now, the corruption inside this place is desperately seeking his true heart. If it finds him, it will be that much more difficult to destroy when it attacks. The best result would be that you find him before it does. And for you to fix or make positive changes and decisions while searching along the way.
This is still his heart though-- you should take care while inside it. No matter where you are, once the corruption breaks through our barriers it will attack you and your companions who have found themselves here. It would probably be best to fight it in a location that will not destroy things of importance to him.
I do not have one in particular, I am sorry. However, I believe that as you and your companions explore, it will update the map on your... on the phone?
