Well met then. But as I said, I would not leave this pot alone. I have a special someone who I am learning the meaning of plants for and its meaning did not escape me.
[Time to look for a bucket or tape or mortar (why would props have mortar???).]

If he decides to venture into the backstage, there's a plethora of items inside, along with two easily missed shadows that merely wave in silence. Stagehands, probably, though it's hard to see when the backstage is also so dark so as to not distract from the performances.
If he thinks real hard about them he might find... a prop bucket (too small) and a prop mortar (does not actually contain mortar)! This is what he wanted, right?]

He waves back at the shadow assistants and just looks at the items and, well, hmmm. Yes. He'll go with sturdy fabrics then to wrap the pot tightly. The dirt will probably slip through but it will take more time. But it will be fancy colors and stylish at least!
He also takes the pot off the stage with a grunt of effort and put in front by Mr. Main Shadow.]

I will continue trying to convince the lady to perform, but I believe my time is better spent elsewhere.
[He does notice the concealed door, but there was a very shiny door in the front room. And how can he pass up that? That is where he heads.]
