You propose using the mining laser to laser locusts. This...this really seems like overkill?

But it like, works. It's massively destructive! But it works. It works enough that it catches on, and people are in awe of your big brain destructiveness.

You also hunt the rats, because you are cats, which it turns out was kinda what was happening anyway.
