But be not afraid, my child. These Hands won't hurt you. In fact, they're here to help you. They're here to install you as the rulers of the Hand—you only need to agree to it. And get rid of your hands, of course—or otherwise choose to sacrifice some of your population's hands.

If you join with them, you'll gain 20 population, 15 prosperity, and 10 sustainability, as well as a new job.
