Murder Mysterium - YOU-kai
[ Your unit-colored alcove has its own seating—benches, rather than any specific number of chairs, line the green bushels. It's wide enough to comfortably fit all of your unitmates if necessary, though it's likely not all of you will be here at a time. You're aware, somehow, that the space is soundproof; you could say whatever you like here and it won't be heard by anyone but your unitmates.
At the center of your "room" is what looks to be a marble table, but upon further inspection you'll note that the surface is actually electronic, a touch screen that mimics the visual texture of marble. Here, you have a number of options of things to choose from, and you can even pull up a keyboard or write with your finger for a certain freeform answer section. ]

Re: DISCUSSION
I'm well aware. But you are offering no solutions, only slapping mine down.
Instead of your fussing, put some effort into thinking of a better idea than mine.
Re: DISCUSSION
It will be a gamble at best, though it will come with the added benefit that we'll be able to maneuver him into a position to prove once and for all whether he was lying.
We can try to accuse him, and in an ideal world we'd make him pay for lying, but I don't think it will help. The old teams will vote for us because they trust their friends more, and the new teams will vote for us because it benefits them strategically. They don't need to win against everyone, they just need to win against us.
I think we're going to have to go with the first plan, force him into a position where he has to publically support us or not, and make him pay afterward, if he doesn't. If we go this route, we'll need to throw suspicion on a third party.
Re: DISCUSSION
...
Cheer believes we should simply tell the truth. That we planned to meet with him, and he was not there.
Re: DISCUSSION
Or choose not to disclose where?
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
That's the same as giving up, isn't it?
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
At least this way we can catch him out in his lie that he tried to follow through on his promise earlier, if he refuses to support us.
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
If he does the second one, we know for sure.
Re: DISCUSSION
[She pauses]
...Should we ask something related? We're supposed to ask a question of the dead, right?
Re: DISCUSSION
Something that seems helpful on the surface but sows more confusion would be ideal.

Re: DISCUSSION
We were to meet in the study, with no weapons. It is a bit too late to injure ourselves, now.

He said to use his connection to Crane, on our unit, if we are pressed for a reason for meeting up or for a reason not to have weapons.
