[ Surely, this time, it must be over. This time, this time, it must be over.

The remaining structures still standing collapse, crumbling into the rest of the demolished mansion. You notice, too—the flowers begin to stretch at every entrance to the garden mazes, vines and leaves and branches and thorns sealing them away from you, completely removing access. Some people may be stumbling out of the gardens now, but it's evident that if they aren't here with you now, they must have been kicked out of the game.

The space in front of the mansion—just in front of the doors—splits open, the space suddenly seeming two-dimensional as the space folds for a door. The door, actually—the door to the elevator that leads you home.

It's not open for business yet. Before you run off, away from this place forever—

You'll want to gather around the fountain.

Its water's stopped, though rather than any stillness in water you can instead see the water drain away, revealing a set of stairs as well as . . . every unit in the Graveyard. Ah, there they are.

Not all of them are intact—while LiliS, sensitIV, future is now, and AlcheME! are completely uninjured (barring any injuries they accrued on their personal time and/or while in the PvP pit), avante en garde and YOU-kai are injured, and sea.Di . . .

. . . well, those sure are some chunks, huh. . . ]

[As the water drains, Nemesis lies huddled in the surprisingly large fountain. Her snazzy white suit is now scorched and bloodied, though more in a cool, action flick way rather than the Mortal Kombat-style giblets one might expect given the whole explosives thing.

Either way, hopefully she can be forgiven for taking a moment or three to just be still]

[There are probably two (2) Adoras bundled up somewhere for catnapping but she circles back to Nem after seeing the state of her, hovering anxiously just out of reach with her tail flicking and ears flat.]

. . .Hey. You, uh. Should I get a healer? Or––you don't like them, right?

[At the voice, or perhaps just at the presence of another person, given how tight her hand is pressed to her ear, Nemesis uncoordinatedly scrambles to sitting--overbalances a bit, as if she hadn't expected her limbs to cooperate.

But why wouldn't they? There's a decent-sized gash in her shoulder, but otherwise nothing but relatively minor cuts and scorches; bits of metal and plaster and wood in her hair. Her glasses are hopelessly broken, which may not be the reason for all of the dazed blinking in Kohime's direction, but probably does not help. Eventually she waves a hand in the universal sign of 'don't worry about it'.]

...You okay?

[Her voice is a little rough, as if her throat was charred by some intense heat, which is odd since that is obviously not what happened in the end]

[She doesn't move to touch her, not even when she almost topples -- not without some clear sign that contact would be okay.]

I'm fine. I was––whatever happened didn't reach us in the garden, I guess.

[Thank heaven for people who get it. Nemesis doesn't 'relax' so much as 'try less hard to look fine,' but close enough.]

Hah... Guess I shouldn't've tried so hard to get out.

[Scrubs at her face a bit]

What about the kid--the others? Bad End?

[Try biting and clawing, people eventually get the message.

She frowns a little in confusion. Since when do they care about BE=DE...]

Bad End...? They're fine. It's just you guys and Youkai that're injured.

[She scoffs a little, settling back on the balls of her feet in a crouch.]

Really? Two would've died per round, from what I saw. We're setting a pretty low bar now if we don't count the murders that get all healed up by the end.

Since when'd this place have anything but a low bar for anything?

I don't know, people seem to have pretty high expectations about how you're not allowed to be mad about anything they do.

[Shrugs, a little stiff, and rubs more at her ear]

If they're just gonna say they're sorry, what's even the point?

What, you don't seriously believe them, do you?

Yeah, they always do.

[She straightens so she's standing, folding her arms and considering Nemesis, but not making any move to leave yet.]

So? What're you gonna do? Is your stalker from Heart gonna get you, or do you want me to walk you back?

[Shrugs again, staying where she is]

You got two arms and two wives. Pretty sure you got your hands full.

And there's two of me, so cool, we can all count. But if you'd really rather crawl back I'm not going to argue with you.

[Frowns, though perhaps it isn't about the prospects of a Stability-fueled controlled fall out of the game tower]

[Tilting her head to the side, just slightly, trying to puzzle something out.]

Sabre was with us. She was the only one I saw here.

Just got some similar interests is all.

Avante and Zrael ain't been rivals since the very beginning, anyways. Made sense to stay out each other's way.

For some of them it just comes naturally, I guess.
