[ OKAY. Well... everyone is trying to attack the dog and he's been forced to sit in time out with the orb. So the only option he has right now is to- ]
STOP
[ He uses APPEL to try and temporarily stun everyone before any damage can be done in this entire mess. ]
YEAH THE HOUND CHASES THE FUCK OUT OF THAT STICK FETCH FETCH FETCH FETCH IT PUTS THE STICK IN ITS MOUTH IT BRINGS THE STICK BACK HEY HOW COME THE ORB ISN'T BEING THROWN OH WELL ACTUALLY IT'S
getting pretty late, isn't it?
The Hound lays down and goes to sleep, having been given enough enrichment and socialization for the day.
The Rider descends from the sky upon a single blackened wing, and...
...stops to pet Tsukasa. Clearly, this person who has the orb and has kept the Impostor Blade Masamune! away from these interlopers is actually a very good dog and deserves very nice things.
Then they turn to face the Dog Attackers and with a single stroke, they impale Kino on Legendary Blade MASAMUNE and at the same time a beautiful laser show streaks across the sky and causes MEDIUM BURNS to K and Lark's torsos.
Also, it's now night time and the moon is blood red. Did I mention that? Because it's true.
--I'msewin'yaup--[Moving at super speed to yank the trauma sewing aid kit out of his bag--sorry gotta shove your shirt up and shove needles messly through the wound, good thing this is a magic sewing kit, though he needs to get both sides.]
[He might not be bleeding out but he is on the floor staring up at the blood red moon, caught on the twin horns of everything hurting rather a lot and the still-unsated URGE TO KILL.]
[ . . . . . . . THIS. This isn't his fault, guys. This isn't his fault. ]
. . . Let me get up. Pink-san! Let me move again!
[ And until then, whether he can move or not, abilities are still on. A series of swords fall from the heavens, aiming to impale the rider from above. ]
[ It's enough to release him, at the very least, which gives him the chance to run over to Spot. ]
Time to wake up, Spot-!
[ Climbing onto his back one-handedly which is awkward with the orb and trying to balance MASAMUNE in his hands too, but...! He's ridden horses all his life. How hard is it to ride a giant dog? ]
Well that sucks and by which I mean, that fucking hurts. Even though he's ended up on the floor he's gonna try and get up to go for Kino's ... b...ody... To get the laser eraser. It was going to be to try and help them, but that happened.]
A glowing beam of rainbow light flashes down from the sky, illuminating Tsukasa. Or rather, illuminating the orb!
Nothing else really seems to happen though, besides everyone being inflicted with The Rhythm, which really gets in your bones. Don't you at least wanna tap your feet a little?

Kino is then unceremoniously tossed off their blade, in the general direction of the pool, and prepares for battle.
