Also, while you're talking and some of the young'uns have already headed off to read books, there's a loud screech of metal, and a huge noise like something heavy crashing into a roof. She doesn't seem perturbed.

"Is that what you think the paper's about? Is that your chosen topic?" She shrugs. "If you think that's the assignment, then write that paper. Just make sure and support that latter point with evidence."
