[ Your cavern offshoot is still rather spacious, even with a human-sized egg pressed to the farthest cave wall. It's also surprisingly accommodating: the ground here is carpeted with lush rugs as well as pillows and blankets.
The egg is surrounded by a number of colorful smooth stones, most small enough to hold in one palm. There are eight colors in total, though multiple of each color. Hold a stone and you'll be compelled to speak honestly about the corresponding emotion.
You'll quickly find that your offshoot seems to have reduced echo, or perhaps even sound muffling—from here, you can't hear anyone from any other unit offshoot, and you suspect they can't hear you, either. ]

If you decide to fulfill an emotion, everyone should participate in that emotion. However, they can choose between which they want to do, e.g. if you decide to do Anger, then person 1 can take the first option and person 2 can take the second option, but both must participate in Anger for it to count.
If no one on the unit is capable of fulfilling that emotion's tasks, please note that in turn-in so the gamerunner knows for fairness reasons. Being capable but not willing does not count.

Please don't take this the wrong way, Hurricane. I don't want to fight with you over this and by the Twelve I wish this wasn't coming up immediately, but - I can look after myself. I promise I can do that much, at least. I don't want you to keep risking yourself for my sake. I may not remember much of my past, but I'm no stranger to conflict, or to pain. I completely understand why you are the way you are. You're exactly like me. And that's entirely why I'm getting really frustrated that I can't look out for you, too. It's making me feel absolutely useless.
All I ever seem to do is sit there and watch you take the weight of the world on your shoulders. Can't I at least try to carry some of that weight, too?

Nothing angers me more than a god who abandons their people or one who uses them as a means to their own end. It is one thing to have those rally under a cause that they believe in, but another for them to be taken advantage of.
None of the gods or god candidates here I have seen deserve the title.

Hurricane, I sometimes catch you late at night looking on your phone where it is splashing bright colors upon the ceiling and wall behind you. It was the same the night that we were all in the soft room.

I worry about that a lot. There's so much that's broken out there, in the glimpses I've had of my world as well as this one, and every time I see that I want to try and fix it, but... I feel so small in the face of it, sometimes. As if all I'm doing is tying myself up in details, and nothing I do really helps. As if for every one thing I think I've managed to fix, I break two more, and I probably didn't fix the first thing properly either, so that's going to break again the moment I turn my back. I want to make a difference, but - what if I can't? What if I'm too small and too rash and too heedless to manage it?

I... ah, last time... I think I "died" about, like, eight times. Maybe one less or maybe two more. I found out I couldn't die. Like, ok, this is hard to explain. I can die... my body will die, I guess, but I'm still conscious? It's like the bootleg version of Heroes Never Die when Heroes Never Die is off. I found out about it in House. I got decapitated and impaled to start... it was alarming to say the least. [ bites her lip. ] And then just... it kept happening. Death kept coming for me. I got my friends killed and then I had to watch my fiance get tortured... [ what if... tearing up... ]

I suppose this is a good time as any---
I am not human. In fact, this egg and I share quite a number of similarities as I am half-dragon myself and have spent much of my life watching and trying to understand the complexities of human emotions. Thus, I am grateful that you have all agreed to not deprive this little of of that same opportunity. May they have a simpler time of it than I have had.
However, I have retired from that life and wish to live simply as the mortal Zhongli - the funeral parlor consultant.
As I have come to know everyone on Heart, this is not something I wish to come to light from anything besides my desire to tell it. Though I do ask that you keep such information within Heart for there are some people from my world that I do not wish to know my true identity yet. As they currently have amnesia, I do not want the past that we had to dictate their future unless they make that choice willingly.
