Hunger Games: Session 4
[ You find yourself in your respective unit's zone, with a mini-map on your phone, as well as your objectives:

Kill as many competitors as you can.
Destroy zones by breaking their statues.
Not enough action = We start killing you :)
Underneath the objectives is the number of revivals you have left, as well as whatever miscellaneous details about scoring points—killing a unitmate results in negative points, five units will be healed at most, etc.
The starting horn sounds. Let the games begin. ]

Re: WATER PARK
No, I lied, this sucks.
Re: WATER PARK
They have footwear if you find the area difficult to traverse.
[Crocs for everybody!]
Re: WATER PARK
[Suffer for fashion, he guesses.]
Would you mind if we got in the last hit? You'll still get credit.
Re: WATER PARK
[He laughs.]
Honestly, I won't say no to someone doing my work for me.
Re: WATER PARK
I appreciate it! By the way, I've met your new member, the one with four legs. He seems nice!
Re: WATER PARK
[He does tilt his head.]
I'm curious to see your resolve in regards to LiliS.
Re: WATER PARK
Re: WATER PARK
I am waiting. You do have the advantage, and you know I won't hold a grudge for it.
Re: WATER PARK
While I appreciate the thought, I think that beating you to death with a stick with two of my unitmates would be something I would regret. Maybe not in the points, but because you are personally someone I care for, and I would rather not be walking out of this game with the head of someone I love in my arms again if I can help it.
I make a point to never do something I would regret, more than anything. I doubt we will lose either way, playing the way we are.
Re: WATER PARK
I am enjoying watching this journey of yours. Your growth. Your learning of yourself.
Perhaps you can find a path forward with LiliS that will allow you to win games with less hardships. I'm curious in any case.
Re: WATER PARK
I am still resolved to win, and I will do what needs to be done for it, but if I can do that without watching the life drain from the eyes of those I care for, all's the better.

Got here on Day 402. It's been— Well, who wants a boring life, right?

What a marvelous way to put it. Have you seen anyone else here besides your unitmates?

You're our first. I know it's not always gonna be peaceful in here, but I'm hoping we can at least keep it friendly.
[ aka he's accepted the maybe-forced-murder aspect of this place, and he's not gonna let it get him down or ruin his CR if he can help it ]

But I'm not one to let games get in the way of building new relationships.

The heads-up is appreciated. [ Hand on hip! Grin broadening. ] We'll just have to see how it shakes out, I guess. Sorry in advance for any murdering, I promise it won't be personal?

Who am I to be upset for trying to win to receive healing for not only yourself but your unitmates?
no subject
It's mutual, I think.
[ And a good way of putting it, if also a little sobering. A reminder of the fact that he's not just here for Tenn and Eichi, but for anyone else from their unit who might wake up here later, or have woken up here earlier. ]
That's what we're all trying to do, right? We've got people to protect.
[ And man, if circumstances permitted, he'd stay here and chat, but. ]
