Tsukiakari's Ideal world
[ When you come to, you find yourself inside some sort of theater. There are no seats, but the stage in front of you is lit up. Though the background that’s been put there is most definitely fake, the light of the moon, the movement of the trees and the petals scattered in the wind seem incredibly real, so much so that it’s easy to question whether it truly is background or not.
You feel sleepy, still, but you’ve been slumbering for far too long and something inside you is telling you to get up. Go out. You have to wake up. There are tears running down your face, but you might be too distracted to notice them, because soon enough you hear music coming from somewhere.
For a moment, at the center of the stage you can see a shadowy figure dancing under the moonlight. As it fades away, unmistakable, you can hear Tsukiakari’s narrating voice. ]
"You were born with a face fairer than any other.
You were divinely created, but you were cast aside like worthless dross."
"You are a failure. Too fragile to be a tool or a human. But this is a story after all, and you’re the one who will choose the way it unfolds. Write it all from scratch or stick to the script - it's up to you after all."

Morepesok
[ Just like that, you'll find yourself right outside Childe's house. There's a snowstorm, and none of you are dressed appropriately. You probably want to go inside ]
Re: Morepesok
Re: Morepesok
So what would you do? What ending would you give me?
Re: Morepesok
[ as soon as either of them take a couple of steps in the house's direction the door burst open and his youngest brothers come rushing out. there is some shouting behind them, an older woman, but as soon as she reaches the door she looks nothing short of relieved. anton attaches himself to childe's leg and teucer tries to do the same to scaramouche. ]
Look,
they're back!
I said they'd be back.
[ his mother disappears into the house and then returns with a couple of blankets that she'll immediately drape on them as she tries to shoo them right into the house. ]
What are you doing just standing out in the cold? [ she tsks and childe just laughs. ] Get inside, the both of you!
[ the bustling continues nonstop, with his family chattering in the background, but the sound, itself, gets a little bit weird when childe moves in front of scara to take his cheek in hand, forcibly lifting one side of his mouth. ] I just want to see you smile and maybe find some of that fleeting happiness.
Re: Morepesok
But— ]
Would you smile still, if I told you you killed them all? Your precious family.
Re: Morepesok
I'm sure they figured it could and would happen one day. Do I like knowing I killed them? No, not particularly, but I'm also not really as surprised as I probably should be. I love them... even if perhaps they all didn't love me.
[ he stabs his fingers into the table and looks over at scaramouche. ] I love you too, Kunikuzushi.
Re: Morepesok
but then Childe says the forbidden l word.
And instead there's the sound of a loud thunder outside, snow making ways for a lighting storm instead, and the ground shaking. The house itself doesn't stand a chance and soon enough there are cracks along the walls and it very much looks like everything is going to come crashing down ]
Don't.
Re: Morepesok
We both know how my story ends. It's almost always going to be the same. [ he approaches scaramouche, his pathetic little 'dont' not deterring him in the slightest. childe reaches for his chin and forces his head back, ] You heard me, right? [ now he's just being a piece of shit. ] I said I love you. [ he kisses him, hard. ] Your feelings are your own, but now you know mine. Do with them what you will.
Re: Morepesok
The bad news is that he most certainly dies, and when he does, he'll have a nice encounter with lilith. Remember the meeting you had with her last? It's a little different, this time. You're losing all of your sense of self, second by second, to the point you forget who you are.
But eventually you open your eyes again and you're yourself again ]

Re: Morepesok
Re: Morepesok
But Scaramouche isn't there with him ]
Re: Morepesok
[ this is fine. ]
[ you know, ever since he came back from the abyss he's never felt truly at home. ]
Re: Morepesok
But instead, he's taken back to the theater. Only Scaramouche is sitting on the stage now, looking at him ]
