He's watched Izanagi himself treat this very thing.
So it's just a matter of memory and execution.
Step #1) Attach a new arm to himself so he has too working ones. Otherwise this will be exponentially more difficult. Step #2) Extract a piece of crystal on concrete from the body with fleshcrafting. Step #3) Fill in that piece of vacant flesh with newly bought materials. Step #4) Rinse and repeat. Step #5) Attempt to make the patient stay if they are still injured but do not force them to. ]
Fortunately for him, D.va is very unconscious. So she'll stay still for the whole process, until she's whole and breathing even and slow.

Everyone knows you'll always be there to fix them up, again and again, friendly and smiling. You'll figure out how to fix it all, even past the limitations of your powers. You will never need anyone else to look out for you - you can heal yourself, can't you? Never insinuate anything is needed or desired, nothing that could breed resentment over the power over the lives and deaths of others, the power you never asked for. You'll handle it all, again and again, smiling because at least you aren't helpless, at least you can do something.
