Yeah. It seems like it's probably the same as it was in that house, where we kept resetting back to where we started, but the time didn't match up for everyone.
The haunted house game! Stuff would happen like, I spent one time going around with Phoenix and Nine-Nine, and everything was fine, and then I'd start again and the next time I ran into Phoenix he'd been murdered twice and was possessed by ghosts or whatever.
[suuuper don't mean to interrupt your conversation, bbbbut]
[Mars is stumbling into the area covered in dried blood, clothing full of holes, leaking from an injury on his abdomen near his hip, a bear trap slung over his shoulder and a large dog trotting behind him as it wags its tail]
[he freezes when he sees X and Maki, the dog coming to a halt behind him, a low growl in its throat. and he says nothing]
[ he turns sharply at the noise, hands half coming up in defense--until he sees who is is; he drops his guard entirely then, moving a few steps closer ]
Holy hell, man--! What the heck did you run into??
I was gonna ask which one, but I guess the only one of 'em I've ever even seen is Whiskey, so as long as it wasn't him nothin' you say is gonna mean much to me, probably.

I don't think I was here for that one, but sure.

Re: THE URBAN JUNGLE
[WHY DO YOU LOOK SO MUCH WORSE OFF THAN THE LAST TIME I SAW YOU. WHY ARE YOU BLEEDING. WHY DO YOU HAVE A DOG.
I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS]
Are you—okay?
Re: THE URBAN JUNGLE
Yeah, I'm fine.
[seems more put out and annoyed than like, panicked about his current condition. he drops a hand on the dog's head, who stops growling]
Sorry I didn't stick around to say hi last time; you seemed. . . busy.

[snaps his mouth shut, a low growl in his throat]

Did you wake up here?
Re: THE URBAN JUNGLE
[she trails off vaguely and glances sidelong at him]
Stay with him.
Re: THE URBAN JUNGLE
That's understandable. Be careful. There seems to be more people this time.
