i was gonna grab my items but this is WAY more important, immediately rushing over to her. ]

[Her gaze snaps up and there's an axe in one trembling hand even before she has the chance to see who it is]

[ immediately grabs the hand holding the axe-- firm but soft, steadying, but definitely ready to stop her if she swings. Her voice is soft. ]

It's Req-- it's me. I'm not gonna hurt you, I'm not gonna let anyone else hurt you. Okay? Come on...

[...Allows it, tension not exactly draining, but not quite as panicky as before]

Y-you're here, too?

[ gentles her hold a little. She's bleeding too, but-- if she's in any pain, she's not really showing it right now. ]

Yeah, I'm here, Kitty. Who hurt you?

[Her outfit is more rusty red than white or gold, The jacket in particular is pocked with rips and holes, including a cut perhaps a few fingerswidths high over her right kidney, and a larger, thicker slash at the middle of her chest as if something'd gone right through. Her hands tremble--even the prosthetic, normally solid as a rock, seems to have a bit of a wobble. There's a few dents at the wrist and up the forearm, and while it's harder to tell through her clothing, it doesn't quite meet up flush against the skin and bone as it should.]

[That said! Physically she seems perfectly fine!]

I-- Where's Hurricane, shit, I left him alone with them--

[ fucking hell. lets go of her hand to gently touch the bloodstains on her clothes, carefully look at her arm-- but not touch it-- with an expression of vaguely ill distress. but she looks back up at her. ]

He's here-- he's right there, he's okay. You're both...

[ she pauses. her injuries stayed... after she died. So-- ]

Someone killed you both?

[She bites her lip before it can wobble; gives a single nod]

Sorry--sorry. We should--go, right? I mean--you don't have to.

Don't apologize...

[ gives her hair a single stroke, then pulls away a bit. ]

I-- want to. 'Course I do, just...

[ give her a second to plead with hurricane. ]

[Flinches a little, tense--there's dried blood in her hair, gross--but yeah, you guys work something out, she will deal with flipping out a little less completely]

[ whatever, she's got blood all over too. less than nem, but she sure did get stabbed like three times.
