The book is completely written in, from front to back, with a long list of names and pictures—presumably portraits belonging to the names—though the current page it's open to is unreadable now on account of the blood spilt all over it. At least you can read the page number: 201. ]

[ The faces are completely destroyed, so you can't really tell like that, but—the hair colors, the hair lengths, general skin tones, and markings on the collarbone like tattoos and freckles align with some of the profiles in the book, lending credence to the idea that the corpses are definitely, at least in part, people in the book. ]

Also, these corpses seem to be the people in this book.

[Pointing at the people at the floor, and then the pictures of people in the book! The faces are gone on the people but there's enough identifying features like hair to go off of.

He's also bleeding more because arrows. Yay.]
